Pregnancy


Expectant mothers can now enjoy the soothing touch of a prenatal massage from an experienced BTS therapist. Designed to make you feel pampered and relaxed, this nurturing massage will calm both your body and your mind. Pregnancy massage will keep your skin soft and supple, helping to reduce stretch marks. Along with physical benefits, massage during pregnancy can contribute towards the emotional and physiological well being of both mother and foetus. Our knowledgeable therapists are sensitive to your changing body, and will use gentle techniques for your comfort and safety. Your treatment can be adapted by the therapist to suit every stage of your pregnancy.


Recommended For

Pregnant women in their second trimester or later. It is BTS policy to provide massage for women who are at least 12 weeks pregnant, unless written consent is obtained from a doctor or midwife. Remember, stressed partners can also benefit from regular massage therapy to release tensions and promote overall well being.
